No one had a better weekend the Oklahoma City Thunder! A big congratulations goes out to them for winning the NBA championship on Sunday. They beat the Indiana Pacers in Game Seven to win it all! The teams were tied up midway through the third quarter, when OKC – and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander kicked into overdrive! By the final buzzer, he had twenty-nine points and twelve assists, leading the Thunder to a 103-91 victory. And yes, SGA won Finals MVP to go along with his league MVP AND scoring title!

In other news, we sincerely hope you all have air conditioning because what is happening outside is just outrageous! Over a hundred and fifty MILLION people across the eastern US and Canada are in the midst of a SWELTERING heatwave. Temps across the region are into the high nineties and when the humidity is factored in, we’re talking about low 100s. Heat records are being broken all over the place and the unfortunate thing is that this is going to last until at LEAST midweek. Stay cool and hydrated, folks!

And if you’ve been putting off updating passwords, NOW is the time to do it! Cybersecurity researchers say that sixteen BILLION stolen login credentials have been leaked online! Since there are only EIGHT billion people on the planet, it means many people likely have MULTIPLE logins at risk. Logins to major sites including Facebook, Google, and Apple are included, making this a MAJOR security risk for anyone affected. Experts are recommending updating your passwords – and making them HARD!
