Thanks Whitney. Since PBS started airing Downton Abbey in 2010, the global demand for BUTLERS has skyrocketed! Years ago, butlers were a dying breed in Britain. There were only a few hundred left. But today, there are more than ten thousand! Demand is especially strong in places like China and Dubai, where the newly wealthy see having a proper British butler as an essential status symbol.

How much would YOU pay to be the owner of the world’s LARGEST video game collection? An anonymous buyer just shelled out 750-THOUSAND dollars in an online auction for the collection of one Michael Thomasson. Certified by the Guinness Book of World Records, there are over 11-thousand games in the collection – more than 25-hundred of which have never been opened!

Want to cut down on your energy costs? Try drying your clothes OUTSIDE. A new report finds that Americans are wasting 4 billion dollars a year by using inefficient dryers. Unlike most other common household appliances, dryers have barely improved in energy efficiency since the 1970s. In fact, your dryer likely uses as much energy annually as your clothes washer, dishwasher, and refrigerator COMBINED!

And if you got married or attended a wedding on June 14th, you were part of the most popular wedding day of the year! According to bridal registry site The Knot, more than 26-thousand couples in the US were registered to say “I Do” on the 14th this year. With the steamy summer months ahead, the weather is normally perfect for an outdoor event. June 14th is a dramatic switch from LAST year’s most popular date of October 12th.
