Now if I was to ask you, which country you think swears the most, what would you say? Ireland maybe? The UK? CANADA? Okay, maybe not Canada, we’re too damn polite for our own good. Well, open your eyes and ears because Tia is joining us now in the Naked Newsroom, with the answer!

Angel, maybe they’ve got more reason to than the rest of us, but one thing’s for sure – Americans swear the most online! Researchers looked at internet content covering one-point-seven BILLION words from twenty English-speaking countries, and Americans were the most likely to use vulgarity. That was followed by Great Britain and Australia. Us Canadians were basically in the middle of the pack, and the countries LEAST likely to swear online are Bangladesh, Ghana, and Tanzania!

The U.K.’s ban on disposable vapes is now in effect. And while it will hopefully decrease the practice of vaping, it should certainly cut down on the waste – it was estimated that as many as FIVE MILLION disposable vapes were being thrown out or littered EVERY WEEK! And even when recycled, they needed to be taken apart by hand to remove the batteries, which are a fire risk!

And a new report suggests the world’s most widely consumed solid food might be bad for you. Of course I’m talking about rice. The report found four toxic heavy metals just about ALL the samples they tested. They include arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury! And while it’s true that many crops absorb these metals from the soil, nine alternate grains they tested – including quinoa and barley – contained SIXTY-NINE PERCENT less heavy metal contamination! Literally food for thought! Don’t go away.
