Aboard a morning Chuo Line train. Tsukamoto (Kitasenju Hiroshi), a middle-aged single man, is a high school teacher who has been molesting a passenger (Koike Yukiko). He even manages to pin the blame on a passenger standing nearby (Isurugi Sanroku).

In the principal’s office at Meiwa Gakuin High School, where Tsukamoto is the grade leader, the principal (Matsugi Yoshikata) is talking with Yamamura (Nakamitsu Seiji), a student he trusts completely. Yamamura is the son of the principal’s deceased best friend.
The principal’s cousin, the ambitious vice principal (Kobe Kenichi), is apparently plotting to expand the school’s operations in collaboration with Ishihara (Chiba Seiki), a member of parliament. The school is planning to establish a new junior high school division. The principal favors maintaining the status quo and has a management philosophy completely opposite to that of the vice principal. Naturally, Yamamura agrees with the principal.
However, in the middle of a conversation, the principal suddenly clutches his chest and collapses. He has suffered a heart attack.
The same night the principal is rushed to the hospital, Yamamura is at a hotel with his fellow English teacher, Mishima Ryoko (Sasaki Mayuko). After they’re done, Ryoko touches up her makeup. Looking at Yamamura in the mirror, Ryoko mutters, “I wish I’d met you sooner.”
The two are engaged in a double affair. Ryoko has been married to her husband (Itsuki Kazu), a video director, for five years. They have no children yet. Yamamura has a wife and a daughter, Nana.

While the principal is away, Yamamura is tasked with handling the school’s chores. However, there’s one person who isn’t happy about this: the vice principal. The vice principal thinks Yamamura is trying to curry favor with the principal in order to advance in his career. Yamamura, who is highly respected by the principal, is an eyesore to the vice principal. The vice principal suspects that
his protégé, Tsukamoto, is plotting to bring down Yamamura. Tsukamoto summons Kirishima Kaori (Asou Miu), the student with the lowest grades in their grade, and asks her to frame Yamamura for sexual harassment, on the condition that she will be allowed to graduate.
On a morning train, Kaori approaches Yamamura, pretending it’s a coincidence. She grabs his hand and places it against her chest. “What are you doing? Stop it!” she yells, and, as planned, runs toward Tsukamoto. Tsukamoto denounces Yamamura as a sexual harasser.
Rumors of Yamamura’s sexual harassment spread quickly throughout the school. Yamamura is looked down upon by the students and finds himself in a precarious position.

Honor student Nagisa Yui (Kawamura Shiori) has a boyfriend named Okabe (Asai Yasuhiro). Okabe invites Yui to a summer vacation trip. They go to a hotel with a view of the ocean, a place she’s always wanted to go to. Yui has made up her mind that her first sexual experience will be with someone she loves, and Okabe’s invitation makes her heart flutter, as it means the time has finally come. Tsukamoto

Meanwhile, the vice principal calls Tsukamoto and Kaori to congratulate them on the success of their plan. Then, on the condition that he recommend Kaori to Satsuki Women’s University, where an acquaintance of the vice principal serves as a board member, they engage in a threesome on the spot.

Meanwhile, Ryoko calls Tsukamoto to her classroom at night. Ryoko, who joined the class because she felt lonely after her husband cheated on her, seduces Tsukamoto
