Many thanks to brockton @CG for making this composite uncut version. This is a fandub which combines video from a Russian DVD of the uncut/unrated version of the film with English audio from a lower quality TVRip, making it the best looking and most complete version out there, with this being said, if anyone has a good quality copy of the American TV airing of the unrated version please let me know, this copy has a ton of ghosting so could still use an upgrade.
